Freshity aims to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, peak periods, industrial action, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Freshity shall not be liable for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Where an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed delivery, failure to collect from a collection point, or a change of mind after dispatch, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and return costs from any refund issued. A minimum deduction of £5 may apply to cover shipping expenses incurred.

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, perfumes and fragrance products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund unless faulty or not as described.
