Shipping & Delivery Information (United Kingdom)
- At Freshity, UK Mainland orders are processed within 48 hours (Mon–Fri), excluding public holidays.
- Orders ship via reliable services such as Royal Mail Tracked 24/48.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or on weekends/public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
- Deliveries to Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland may require an additional day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- During postal disruptions (e.g., Royal Mail strikes) or severe weather, delivery times may extend. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times or issue refunds for delays on dispatched orders.
Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the following fees apply before resending:

- £5 Resending Fee
Please double-check your address to avoid delays and additional charges. Freshity is not liable for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost or Misdelivered Parcels
In the rare event of a parcel being lost or misdelivered due to a courier error, we will resend your order after the courier confirms the loss/misdelivery through their investigation.
We prioritise safe and timely delivery and appreciate your understanding.
